- Instructors
All More Sports instructors undergo our intensive Instructor Education and Training Program. Instructor training has always been a priority at More Sports. Our instructors take a special interest in each and every child and work closely with our supervisors to ensure optimum results.

- Spare Instructors
In order to consistently maintain high quality lessons, additional instructors are scheduled during our business times or in cases of the original instructors sickness or leave. Moreover, our most experienced staff are often utilised as spare teachers, where their role includes providing extra assistance when required.

- Trainee Instructors
As part of our Instructor Education and Training Program, all new instructors are required to work closely with our more experienced staff, before they are allowed to conduct classes on their own. Occasionally, these trainee instructors will be involved with your child, giving assistance to the regular teacher and learning the program along the way.

- Customer Service
Our receptionists are the first point of contact for parents. Their comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of our program enables them to quickly and accurately address enquiries. If you have questions about payments, bookings or scheduling, please do not hesitate to speak to one of our friendly Customer Service staff.

- Working with Children
In accordance with Child Protection and Community Services Act 1999, all staff members are required to participate in a screening process which determines their suitability for working with children prior to their employment.
